These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk111 platform and all services operated under it. By using the service through the tk111 website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

This document has been prepared in Bengali and applies to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, this Bengali version will be considered the authoritative text. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using tk111's services.

tk111 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time. When you log in to the platform for the first time after a change, you will be notified of the updated terms. Continued use of the service indicates your agreement to the revised terms.

To use tk111's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. No person under 21 is permitted to use this platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract independently.
• Your account must be for personal use only — operating on behalf of a business or a third party is not permitted.
• You must use the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• You must not already have an active or suspended account with tk111.

tk111 reserves the right to reject any person's application to create an account, particularly if the information provided is incomplete, false, or cannot be verified. If asked to submit proof of age, you must provide it.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account with tk111, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing your real name, correct mobile number, and a valid email address is mandatory at the time of registration. Providing false or fictitious information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Single Account Rule

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, device, or network is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts and associated balances being forfeited.

3.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately via live chat. tk111 is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing login details.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk111 reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure a secure environment. When requested, a copy of your national ID card or other valid identification must be submitted. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

tk111 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally added to your account within a short time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is pending.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from the registered mobile banking number.
• Transactions using a third-party account or someone else's number are prohibited.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, tk111 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily hold payment.
• Deposited funds may not be withdrawn before bonus wagering is completed, if a bonus was accepted with that deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at tk111, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before this bonus can be used, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200 — and the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only once per account — the same person or device cannot claim a bonus on multiple accounts.
• After accepting a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• tk111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the account will be cancelled and the related funds will be forfeited.
• A bonus is not free cash in any sense — it is a way to extend your play, and becomes withdrawable only after wagering is complete.

5.3 VIP Cashback

tk111's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A cashback rate applies to weekly net losses at each tier. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on tk111 are considered final in accordance with the established rules. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless tk111 identifies a technical error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Incorrect Odds and Errors

tk111 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or clearly incorrect odds, and to refund the staked amount. "Clearly incorrect" refers to odds that differ abnormally from market value.

6.3 Suspicious Betting Activity

If match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage is detected, the relevant bets and winnings will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

6.4 Gaming Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk111:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to damage the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other users to obtain bonuses or rewards.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Harassing or threatening tk111 staff.
• Making false claims to demand a chargeback.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary.

8.1 Closure by tk111

tk111 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of these terms. If an account is closed without a terms violation, the legitimate balance will be returned after investigation.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, contact the support team via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all legitimate balances before closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you are developing an excessive gambling habit, you can use tk111's self-exclusion feature. This allows you to voluntarily deactivate your account for a specified period. It is an important part of responsible gaming.
